# Sugraasa > Sugraasa is a subscription diet-planning service in India. A dietitian consults with each client, writes a 7-day diet plan built from dishes in the client's own regional cuisine, and monitors progress through weekly check-ins in the Sugraasa app. Plans cover weight loss, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid, cholesterol, gut health and pregnancy, alongside physiotherapy guidance. ## How it works - Consult: a one-to-one session (video, phone or in person) on health history, lab reports, routine and food preferences. - Diet plan: seven days of meals in the app; every meal is a recipe with portions in katoris, cups and pieces. - Monitor: weekly check-ins on weight, energy, sleep and digestion; the dietitian replies and revises the plan. ## Pages - [Home](https://sugraasa.com/): the service, plans and the form to request a consultation - [Blog](https://sugraasa.com/blog): articles on nutrition, PCOS, pregnancy, women's health and physiotherapy - [Get the app](https://sugraasa.com/download) - [Privacy policy](https://sugraasa.com/privacy) ## Articles - [Pregnancy Wellness: How Nutrition and Physiotherapy Help You Thrive](https://sugraasa.com/blog/pregnancy-nutrition-and-physiotherapy): Healthy pregnancy care rests on two pillars: eating for nutrient quality rather than quantity, and gentle, guided movement.
