Sugraasa plans your meals around the dishes your family already cooks. Your dietitian consults with you, builds a 7-day plan of real recipes, and checks in every week as you follow it.
A diet only works if you can live with it. So we start with your life, write the plan around it, and stay close while you follow it.

Your cuisine
Every meal is a recipe, not a rule
No imported diet charts and no shopping for food you have never cooked. Your plan is built from a library of dishes from 8 regional kitchens, and each one is worked out for you.
Dishes from your kitchen
Dosa, roti, rotla, puttu, rice. We keep the meals you grew up on and adjust what goes on the plate.
Portions you can measure
One katori of dal, two phulkas, half a cup of rice. Measures you already have in the kitchen.
Swaps when life happens
Eating out, fasting day, no vegetables at home. Ask for a swap in the app and your dietitian changes the meal.
Built around your health
Ingredients are checked against your conditions, such as diabetes, PCOS or thyroid, and against allergies you tell us about.

Questions
Before you ask
Something else on your mind? Write it in the form below and we will answer on the call.
Will I have to give up rice, roti or my usual food?
No. Plans are built from the dishes your family already cooks. We change portions, combinations and timing, and add what is missing, so the food still feels like yours.
Can you help with diabetes, PCOS or thyroid?
Yes. Your plan takes your conditions, medicines and lab reports into account, and ingredients are checked against them. Sugraasa works alongside your doctor and does not replace medical treatment.
Do you plan for vegetarians and non-vegetarians?
Both. Tell us whether you are vegetarian, eggetarian or non-vegetarian, which days you fast, and anything you will not eat.
How does the consultation happen?
By video call, phone or in person, whichever suits you. It is a conversation with your dietitian about your health, routine and food.
What happens after I send the form?
The team calls you at the time you chose, understands what you need, and books your first consultation. Your plan follows after that, in the app.
How do I use the app?
After you join, the team creates your login and sends you the link to install the app. Sign in with your email and the password they give you.
